Some random unrelated googling showed up some random discussion related to my ISP... and blocking port 25.
Arrgh! Yes, my ISP is blocking my attempts to connect to other servers' port 25 (SMTP), which is killing the mails before they arrive.
Over the weekend, I will be writing intensely angry e-mails. Yes, it "prevents" spam. It's also an abuse of power, and they're fucking morons for it.
